These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://rookiesjunction.in and the browser-based tools, pages, content, and related services provided by Rookies Junction (“Rookies Junction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Rookies Junction provides browser-based utilities that may include PDF splitting, compression, and merging; password and QR-code generation; color and image tools; text and Markdown tools; clocks; calculators; JSON and code converters; and other productivity features.
Some Services process information locally in your browser. Other pages may make network requests for page delivery, security, consent management, analytics, advertising, support, or other functions. The behavior of a particular tool may depend on its implementation and your browser or device.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time. We do not guarantee that a particular tool, format, browser, device, or feature will always be available or supported.
You may use the Services only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can consent to online services in your location, use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

You retain responsibility for the files, text, code, URLs, numbers, and other information that you enter into the Services (“User Inputs”) and for the documents, conversions, calculations, codes, or other results produced from them (“Outputs”).
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use your User Inputs and to create, download, share, or use the Outputs. You must not submit information that you are not authorized to process.
You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on, publishing, sharing, executing, filing, or using them. Tools may produce incorrect, incomplete, unsuitable, or incompatible results. A calculation, generated password, QR code, conversion, document, or preview should be independently checked when accuracy or security matters.
Unless a particular tool expressly states otherwise, we do not claim ownership of your User Inputs or Outputs. You grant us only the limited rights reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the relevant Service. Where a tool is designed to process inputs locally and does not upload them, we will not intentionally use those inputs for advertising profiles or sell their contents.
Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, confidential business information, health information, or other sensitive information into a tool unless you have independently confirmed that the tool is appropriate for that information.
Even when a tool is designed for local browser processing, your device, browser, extensions, network, hosting infrastructure, analytics, consent-management tools, advertising systems, and security services may process information associated with your visit. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The Services, including their software, layout, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, icons, documentation, and other materials provided by Rookies Junction, are owned by or licensed to Rookies Junction and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, or exploit the Services or their components without our written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You retain ownership of content that you independently create or provide, subject to the rights and licenses described in these Terms.
The Services may use or link to third-party libraries, hosting providers, analytics services, consent-management platforms, advertising systems, social-media services, payment providers, or external websites. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, security, content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is at your own risk and may be subject to an agreement between you and that provider.
We may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other third-party advertising services. Ads may be selected or measured using information described in the Privacy Policy. We do not endorse every advertised product or service and are not responsible for an advertiser’s claims, products, services, or website.
You must not click advertisements displayed on the Services for the purpose of generating revenue for Rookies Junction, and you must not use automated, incentivized, fraudulent, or otherwise artificial means to generate ad impressions or clicks. If you believe an advertisement is deceptive, malicious, or inappropriate, contact us with the page and ad details where possible.
Advertisements will be placed separately from tool controls and navigation. We may remove or modify advertising at any time.
Unless a page expressly states otherwise, the Services are currently offered without a usage fee. We may introduce paid features, usage limits, subscriptions, or other pricing in the future. Any material paid feature will be presented with applicable terms before purchase or use.
We may modify these Terms, the Services, or related policies when necessary to reflect product, legal, security, or business changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
The Services are general-purpose utilities and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Outputs should not be treated as legal, tax, medical, financial, engineering, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether an Output is suitable for your situation and for obtaining professional review where the consequences of an error could be material.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that the Services or Outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or format, free from harmful components, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that files, text, or other User Inputs will be preserved, recoverable, or available after you close or leave a tool.
The statement that a particular tool is browser-based describes the intended design of that tool and does not guarantee that no network request, browser storage, device process, or third-party service will occur. See the Privacy Policy for the actual categories of processing that may apply.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rookies Junction and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Rookies Junction for claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Rookies Junction for the relevant Services during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) INR 1000.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters that applicable law requires to remain subject to liability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rookies Junction and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to: your User Inputs or Outputs; your violation of these Terms or applicable law; your infringement or violation of another person’s rights; or your misuse of the Services.
We may assume exclusive control of the defense of a claim that is subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense. This section does not require indemnification to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content or functionality, or discontinue any Service if necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, policy enforcement, or business reasons.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, User Inputs and Outputs, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and interpretation—will survive termination to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
